There are two ways to pay for Loupely diagnoses: credits or an annual plan. Everything else, including the extension, the plugin, and the capture file download, is free.
Credits #
Credits are the pay-as-you-go layer. 1 credit covers 1 diagnosis, regardless of which product you’re using. Credits never expire. You can buy a pack, use a few, and come back months later to the same balance.
- $19 for 10 diagnoses ($1.90 each)
- $29 for 20 diagnoses ($1.45 each)
Annual plans #
Annual plans replace credit counting entirely. For a flat fee, you get unlimited diagnoses on the covered product for 12 months. If you’re diagnosing regularly, the annual plan is more economical than buying credits repeatedly.
Loupely Annual ($99/year): unlimited Loupely diagnoses on WordPress sites you own. Does not cover Loupely Lens diagnoses. Lens diagnoses on a Loupely Annual plan consume credits.
Bundle Annual ($119/year): unlimited diagnoses on both Loupely and Loupely Lens for 12 months. The right plan if you actively use both products.
The shared credit pool #
Credits are shared across Loupely and Lens from one pool. If you have credits and an annual plan, credits cover anything outside the plan’s scope. Switching from credits to a plan doesn’t remove your credits. They stay in your account and cover anything outside the plan’s scope.
