Privacy regulations give you specific rights over the data Loupely holds about you. These rights apply as Loupely’s own policy regardless of where you’re located.
The right to know: you can request a summary of what data Loupely holds about you. In practice: your email address, your credit and plan history, and the session metadata from your Loupely diagnostic history (URLs, failure classes, timestamps from the past 30 days).
The right to correction: if something in your account data is wrong, you can request a correction. Contact support@useloupely.com.
The right to deletion: you can request that your account and associated data be deleted. See Deleting Your Account. Email privacy@useloupely.com.
The right to portability: you can request your data in a structured, portable format. Contact privacy@useloupely.com.
The right to object: you can object to how your data is being processed. If you believe Loupely is handling your data in a way that’s inconsistent with what’s described in the privacy policy, contact privacy@useloupely.com.
Privacy rights requests are handled within 30 days. Some requests may take longer if they require coordination with third-party processors like Stripe.
