Loupely is a diagnostic tool for websites you have authorization to test. That means your own sites, sites you manage for clients, or sites where the owner has explicitly given you permission to run diagnostics.

What you agree not to do #

  • Run captures on sites you don’t own and aren’t authorized to test.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract Loupely’s diagnostic model, correlation rules, or any proprietary component.
  • Resell access to Loupely diagnoses without a written agreement with Loupely.
  • Use the service to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
  • Provide false information when creating your account or communicating with support.

The practical note on authorization: Loupely captures server-side data from WordPress through the plugin, which requires having the plugin installed. If you can install the plugin, you have admin access to the site. That’s generally sufficient to establish authorization for diagnostic purposes.

Violations of the acceptable use policy can result in account suspension or termination without refund.
