Just an email address. That’s all you need to start.
There’s no form beyond that, no username, no password. Loupely uses Magic Link Authentication: you enter your email, we send you a link, you click it, and you’re signed in. Your account is created the first time you do this.
How to get started #
- Go to useloupely.com and click Sign Up, or install the Loupely Chrome extension and click Sign In from the popup.
- Enter your email address and click Send Sign-In Link.
- Check your inbox. The link arrives within about a minute. If it doesn’t show, check your spam folder.
- Click the link. It opens your browser and signs you in immediately.
That’s the account. From there, the popup shows your credit balance (zero until you purchase) and your account status. You can install the WordPress Plugin, add a License Key, and run your first capture.
A few details #
The magic link is single-use and expires after 15 minutes. If it expires before you click it, go back to the sign-in page and request a new one.
One account covers both Loupely and Loupely Lens if you use both products. Same email address, same credit pool, same dashboard.
