Credit Purchase History and Balance Discrepancies

Your credit history is in the account dashboard at useloupely.com, under Account, then Credits and Billing. The history shows each credit purchase (date, amount, credits added) and each diagnosis that consumed a credit (date, product, URL captured).

If your balance looks lower than expected #

The most common explanation is a diagnosis you forgot about. Check the usage history. Each entry shows which URL was captured and when. If you see entries you don’t recognize, check whether someone else with access to your Chrome extension ran a diagnosis.

If you’re on Loupely Annual and have been running Loupely Lens diagnoses, those consume credits. The annual plan covers Loupely diagnoses only. Lens diagnoses draw from the shared credit pool.

If the history shows a credit consumed but no diagnosis appeared #

The diagnosis may have failed before completion in a way the system still logged. Contact support@useloupely.com with the date, the URL, and your account email address, and the team will investigate.

Credit balance discrepancies that can’t be explained by the history are treated as a support issue. Bring the specific details and support will work through it.
