Upgrading or Switching Plans

The most common reasons to switch plans: you’ve been buying credits and the frequency of your diagnoses has crossed the point where an annual plan is more economical, or you’re on Loupely Annual and want to add Lens coverage.

Switching from credits to an annual plan #

Go to Account, then Plans and Billing at useloupely.com. Choose the plan, complete the purchase, and the plan activates immediately. Your existing credits don’t disappear. They stay in your account and cover anything outside the plan’s scope, which matters if you ever run Lens diagnoses under a Loupely-only plan.

Upgrading from Loupely Annual to Bundle Annual #

The Bundle covers both Loupely and Lens with unlimited diagnoses on both. Contact support@useloupely.com and the team will handle the plan change. Currently this isn’t a self-service upgrade path.

Timing #

Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You don’t need to wait for a renewal date.

If you’re on credits and considering an annual plan, the math is: Loupely Annual at $99/year breaks even at about 53 diagnoses annually, roughly 1 per week. If you’re consistently hitting that frequency, the plan is the more economical path.
