Refunds: When You’re Eligible and How to Request One

Credits #

Credit purchases ($19 for 10, $29 for 20) are not refundable once purchased. Credits never expire and can be used across both Loupely and Loupely Lens, so there’s no scenario where they go to waste. If you bought credits and immediately upgraded to an annual plan, contact support@useloupely.com within 14 days and the team can look at the situation.

Annual plans #

Loupely Annual and Bundle Annual purchases are refundable if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and fewer than 5 diagnoses have run under the plan. Both conditions must be met. After 14 days, or after 5 diagnoses, whichever comes first, the plan is outside the refund window.

The 5-diagnosis limit exists because 5 diagnoses is enough to meaningfully evaluate whether Loupely is useful for your situation. If it isn’t, 5 diagnoses is where that becomes clear.

How to request a refund #

Email support@useloupely.com with your account email address, the plan you purchased, and the purchase date. The team will confirm eligibility and process the refund. Refunds return to the original Payment Method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
