Loupely LLC is incorporated in Pennsylvania. The terms of service and any disputes arising from use of the Loupely service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute resolution #
If you have a dispute you can’t resolve through support, the first step is to contact legal@useloupely.com with a written description of the dispute. Most issues can be worked through without formal proceedings. Loupely responds within 10 business days.
If informal resolution isn’t possible, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party can bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead of arbitration. Class action claims are waived: disputes are handled individually, not as class actions.
