Email address changes aren’t self-service. Your email address is the identifier that connects everything: the Magic Link Authentication, the Stripe billing record, and the account itself. Changing it requires updating both simultaneously and verifying that you actually own the new address.
How to request the change #
Email support@useloupely.com from the current email address on your account. Include the new email address you want to use. The team sends a verification to the new address, and once you confirm, the account is updated. Future magic links go to the new address.
If you no longer have access to the old email address and can’t send the request from it, include as much identifying information as you can: your credit balance, recent purchase dates, the Loupely plugin License Key if you have it. The team will work through verification with you.
The billing record in Stripe is updated at the same time. Invoices from that point forward go to the new address.
