Transfers aren’t self-service yet. There’s no button in the dashboard for moving credits or changing account ownership. Support handles these.
Transferring credits #
This is the most common transfer request, usually because someone bought credits on a personal account and wants to move them to a business account. Email support@useloupely.com with both email addresses (the sending account and the receiving account), how many credits to transfer, and a brief reason. The team handles it and confirms by reply.
Transferring an annual plan #
If you need to move a plan to a different account, the same process applies. Contact support with both email addresses and the reason. Plan transfers are evaluated case by case, particularly for mid-period transfers where the timing matters for both accounts.
What can’t be transferred #
Credits that were part of a refunded transaction can’t be transferred. Plans in the refund window also have restrictions. If the situation is complicated, describe it fully in the support email and the team will work through it with you.
