Account data (email address, credit balance, purchase history, plan status): retained for the life of your account. When you close your account or request deletion, this data is removed.
Diagnostic session metadata (URL captured, failure class, triage route, timestamp): retained for up to 30 days. This metadata informs the session history in your account dashboard and is deleted on a rolling basis.
Capture payload content (PHP Errors, Hook Execution data, WooCommerce events, REST API responses, browser signals): not retained. It’s processed to generate the diagnosis and discarded. It does not sit in a database after the diagnosis is returned.
Authentication logs (IP address, user-agent): retained 30 days for security monitoring.
Payment records: retained for 7 years. This is a US tax and accounting requirement, not a policy choice. Stripe maintains payment transaction history on their end as well.
If you close your account, account data and diagnostic metadata are deleted. Payment records are retained for the required period under applicable law.
