Invoices live in the Stripe Billing Portal, not in your Loupely account settings.
To get there: sign in at useloupely.com, go to Account, then Billing, and click Manage Billing. In the Stripe portal, find Billing history. Click any invoice to open it, and there’s a download button for a PDF.
Invoices generate automatically at the time of each charge: when you Purchase Credits, when you start an annual plan, and when a plan renews. They’re available as soon as the charge completes.
Adding billing details #
If you need invoices with specific billing details (company name, address, VAT or tax identification number), update the billing details section in the Stripe portal before your next charge. Stripe applies those details to future invoices. It can’t retroactively update past ones.
Missing invoices #
If a charge appeared on your statement but you don’t see the corresponding invoice, check that you’re logged into the correct Stripe portal (the one linked from your Loupely account, not a different Stripe account). If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact support@useloupely.com.
