Account deletion is permanent. There’s no recovery path and no undo.
When you delete your account, Loupely removes your email address, your credit balance, your plan status, your purchase history, and your session metadata. The connection between your account and any WordPress sites where the Loupely plugin is installed is also revoked. The plugin itself stays installed on those sites, but the key connecting it to your account stops working.
Before you delete #
If you have an active annual plan and you’re within the 14-day refund window with fewer than 5 diagnoses, request the refund before requesting deletion. Refunds can’t be processed after the account is gone.
Credits are not refunded on deletion. If you have a balance, it’s forfeited when the account closes. If you want to use the credits before closing, run any remaining diagnoses first.
How to request deletion #
Send an email to privacy@useloupely.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include the email address on the account. The team will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within a few business days.
