What’s included for free #
The capture itself. When you run a Loupely capture on a WordPress site, the extension and plugin record all browser-side signals (JavaScript errors, network requests, console output, DOM state) and all server-side signals (PHP Errors, Hook Execution data, WooCommerce pipeline events, REST API responses, active plugin list and versions) at the same moment. The resulting file is sanitized, structured, and downloadable. That file is free, every time, with no credit consumed.
What’s behind a credit #
The plain-language diagnosis in the popup. The sentence that says “the problem is X” and the triage step that says “do Y next.” That’s the paid layer. The file is free. The interpretation of the file is what a credit buys.
The practical use of this #
If you’re working with a developer, you can hand them the capture file without spending a credit. They have enough information to diagnose without it. If you’re working through it yourself and need the diagnosis in real human terms, that’s when you use a credit.
