You can cancel your Loupely plan at any time. Cancellation stops the automatic renewal at the end of your current paid period. It doesn’t end your access early.
How to cancel #
- Sign in at useloupely.com.
- Go to Account, then Billing, and click Manage Billing.
- In the Stripe portal, select your active subscription.
- Click Cancel plan and confirm.
What happens after cancellation #
Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you paid for. If you’re 3 months into an annual plan and cancel, you have 9 months of full plan access remaining. Unlimited diagnoses continue to work normally during that time.
When the paid period ends, diagnoses revert to consuming credits from your balance. If your credit balance is zero at that point, you’ll need to Purchase Credits or a new plan to run diagnoses. The extension, the plugin, and the free capture file download remain available regardless.
Loupely annual plans are billed upfront for the full year and are not prorated for cancellations mid-period. Cancelling removes future charges. It doesn’t generate a refund for unused time unless you’re within the 14-day refund window and under 5 diagnoses. See Refunds for the terms.
