Terms of Service: Summary

1 min read

This summarizes Loupely’s terms of service in real human terms. It is not the full legal document. If anything here differs from the full terms at useloupely.com/terms, the full terms govern.

What you’re getting: a license to use the Loupely Chrome extension, the WordPress Plugin, and any credits or plan benefits you purchase. The license lets you use the software. It doesn’t transfer ownership of the software to you.

What you agree to: using Loupely on sites you own or are authorized to test. Providing accurate account information. Not attempting to reverse-engineer or resell the diagnostic model. Not running captures on sites you don’t have permission to access.

What Loupely agrees to: providing the service as described, maintaining your credit balance accurately, handling your data as described in the privacy policy, and giving you notice before any material changes to the terms.

What can change: Loupely can update the terms. You’ll be notified before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.

When the relationship ends: if your account is closed for cause (terms violation), you lose access. Credits are forfeited. If you close it yourself, credits are forfeited unless they were purchased within the refund window under the refund terms.
