All payment processing for Loupely runs through Stripe. Loupely doesn’t store your card details and doesn’t have a billing settings page of its own. Everything payment-related happens in the Stripe-hosted Billing Portal.
How to access billing #
- Sign in to your account at useloupely.com.
- Go to Account, then Billing.
- Click Manage Billing. The Stripe portal opens in a new tab.
In the Stripe portal, you can update your Payment Method, download past invoices, see your upcoming renewal date, and cancel your subscription.
Updating your Payment Method #
Click Payment methods in the Stripe portal, add a new card or update the existing one. Changes take effect immediately on your next charge.
If a charge fails #
Stripe retries automatically over the following days and sends an email notification. Updating your Payment Method before the retry period ends resolves the issue. If the retries exhaust without a successful charge, your plan lapses and reverts to the credit-based model.
Invoice details #
For invoice details like company name or VAT number, update those in the Stripe portal under billing details before your next charge. Stripe applies them to future invoices but can’t retroactively update past ones.
