This is a summary of how Loupely handles your data. The full privacy policy at useloupely.com/privacy governs.
What Loupely collects: your email address (when you create an account), billing and credit history (processed by Stripe), and session metadata from diagnostic captures (the URL captured, the failure class identified, and the timestamp, retained for up to 30 days). Authentication event logs (IP address, user-agent) are retained for 30 days.
What Loupely doesn’t store: the content of your capture files. When a diagnosis runs, the capture payload is processed to generate the result and then discarded. PHP error text, WooCommerce data, REST API response content — none of it is retained after the diagnosis is generated.
What your email address is used for: magic link sign-in emails and transactional account notifications (purchases, plan renewals). Loupely doesn’t send marketing emails without explicit opt-in.
Your card number is never seen by Loupely. It goes directly to Stripe.
