What Data Loupely Collects About You

< 1 min read

Your email address, your billing history, and metadata from your diagnostic sessions. Not the content of what your site was doing when you captured it.

Account data #

Your email address. That’s the only personally identifying information collected at account creation. No name, no phone number, no password.

Billing and credits #

Stripe processes payment on Loupely’s behalf and gives Loupely a record of what you purchased and when. Loupely stores that record to maintain your credit balance and plan status. Loupely never receives or stores your card number.

Diagnostic session metadata #

When a Loupely diagnosis runs, the system stores the URL that was captured, the failure class identified, the triage route assigned, and the timestamp. This metadata is retained for 30 days. The capture payload itself — the PHP error text, the Hook Execution data, the WooCommerce pipeline events, the REST API responses — is processed to generate the diagnosis and then discarded. It’s not stored.

Authentication logs #

IP address and user-agent string, retained for 30 days, used for security monitoring.

Your email address is used to send magic link sign-in emails and transactional notifications. No marketing without opt-in.
